MaitoThe taste is crystal clear, but the flavor spreads softly in the mouth. As you drink it, it will burn on your tongue and down your throat, and the aroma will stand out even when it's lukewarm.
Even when it's lukewarm, the aroma stands out and the smoothness is delicious.
In my opinion, I'd recommend cold or room temperature, lukewarm or warmed up.

兄貴The aroma of sweet rice...fruity...sweet in the mouth and with a crisp finish! It's a little bitter, but I don't mind it... but it's great for sipping on a glass of wine during meals or just sipping it on its own... it's really good.

2月1日.茨城酒蔵巡りの際、購入
濃厚な米の香り、かすかにセメダイン
口に含んで、すぐにやってくるポン菓子のような優しい甘み、しかしぶどうのように濃い。フルボディ。
最後は、アルコールのピリピリ感と少しの酸味で〆。濃醇。
ひでさん口に含んだ時にはじめは辛口かと思っていると、次第にほのかに甘く感じてくるお酒。味が濃いので、お猪口でちびちびと呑みたい感じです。

SebasPSA水戸出張のお土産に買って来ました。薄く色味があり、香りは穏やか。山廃特有の酸味も控えめ。あっさり系。けれど腰はしっかりしていてどんな料理にも負けない。口に含んだ時の味の広がりは特筆モノ。紬美人の名に負けぬ美人っぷり。鬼怒川の洪水で被害に遭われた蔵ですが、復興されたようで何よりです。また飲みますね。

Scousekats関東東北豪雨災害で大きな被害を受けた茨城県常総市の地酒。蔵元さんも被害に遭って出荷できなくなってしまったそうです。昨日常総市にお手伝いに行った帰りにお店で見つけたので買ってきました。
