たっつうThis is the summer sake from Mimuro Cedar that I wanted to drink this year. When I saw the information about the arrival of the sake store, I bought it immediately 🙆‍♂️ lol It was fruity and refreshing like a ramune, and so delicious 🍶. I would love to have it with summer vegetables 🍆.

テキーラSake from Nara Prefecture. I haven't had many kinds of sake. This time it was Mimuro Sugi's Summer Jun. It is a refreshing summer sake. Not sour, but dry? It has a spicy and refreshing taste.

たけっちMimuro cedar, wooden vat, Bodai yeast, Yamadanishiki First of all, the fresh aroma is wonderful! The aroma is understated, but it's so good it puts a grin on your face 😋. Refreshingly sweet and acidic with a hint of green apple. It has a beautiful taste. It goes down smoothly. I managed to keep about half of it and want to enjoy the taste change 😄

けいけいThis is a gorgeous sake, just as the name and label suggest. The standing aroma is muscat and peachy and gorgeous. It is a bit more acidic than the other two, but the light, fruity taste makes it easy to drink like a sake juice. However, the light and fruity taste is just as easy to drink as sake juice. Although the season has passed, it will make you happy if you drink it chilled and enjoy it at cherry-blossom viewing parties. There are many brands of spring sake that make you want to drink various kinds of sake, and although the satisfaction level is high, the degree to which you want to drink it again is ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho.
