精米歩合: 55% 酵母: No.7 美山錦使用 アルコール分15度 すごくアロマティクな日本酒 バナナの香り 口に入る時に、びっくりした 味がちょっと強くて酸度が高いけど、本当にいいバランスがある 後で甘いと旨味になって、ゆっくり味が減る Very aromatic Sake. Definitely smells and tastes like bananas, with apples and sweet rice aromas and flavors as well. It’s very surprising at first. It kind of punches your palate (in a pleasant way). The finish is slow, accompanied with sweet and savory tastes. There is a slightly fruity and sweet aftertaste. A bit of texture too (not silk. More like cotton?)

精米歩合: 麹米50% 掛米55% アルコール分15度 五百万石使用 生原酒の方が甘い香りがあってちょっとシャープな感じだ。 More lively with a bit of a kick. There are complex flavors and dynamism on the mouth and the palate. It’s sweeter with a stronger fragrance and a bit of spiciness. Sharp flavors.

精米歩合: 麹米50% 掛米55% アルコール分15度 五百万石使用 蔵つき酵母 香りが少し弱い バナナとマシュマロの香りと味わいがあった 水のように飲みやすい 後で少し苦い Not very fragrant and very watery. Not a lot of kick to it. Tastes a bit like bananas and marshmallows, with similar fragrances. Ambient yeasts were used to make this. Some bitter notes at the end.

精米歩合: 80% 酵母: No7 雄町t100%使用 アルコール分16度 香りが少し弱い ミネラルな香りと味わいが少し入ったけど、旨味の味わいはすごくいい 後でちょっと苦い Not very fragrant and the most bitter at the end out of the 3 Kaze no Mori (Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Tsuyuhakaze). There is a bit of minerality on the tongue and in the nose, but it’s also the most umami of the 3 Sake. Notes of melons, pears, and even bananas. Sweet initial taste. Very layered a complex flavors. Omachi rice always has a bit of earthiness/spiciness to it.

精米歩合: 80% 酵母: No7 山田錦100%使用 アルコール分16度 強いメロンとか梨の香り ライトなボディ 水のように飲みやすい いいバランス 口の中に味わいを広げた 酸度が少し高い 後で少し苦い A very clear and transparent sake that was quite fragrant. It smelled and tasted especially like melons and pears. It was a light bodied Sake with a watery texture and good balance. When you drink it, the flavors expand in the mouth and create a bit of an umami flavor. There is a little bitterness at the end. A very delicate Sake with high acidity.

精米歩合: 50% 山田錦使用: 100% アルコール分: 14% 初めてのスパークリング日本酒！ 酒粕が見える ライトボディ 香りは少ないけど、いいフルーティーの味わいがある 甘口と辛口のバランスがある My first sparkling sake! Not too aromatic, but a lovely light, fruity flavor. Not too sweet, not too dry. A great balance of flavors. Would be good as an aperitif. The taste lingers in your mouth for a bit. A bit cloudy, so you can see the Sake lees.

It’s not very refined, with some sake lees visible. The flavor is strong and stays in the palate. A slight yellow hue. It’s great paired with food!

精米歩合: 麹米: 50% 掛米: 60% アルコール分: 14度 山田錦 酒粕が少し見える 香りが少ない りんごの味わい 甘酸っぱい 少しスパークリングの日本酒 It’s arabashiri, or Sake that is the first to be pressed out. So it was a little rough a dry. A bit cloudy, you can see some sake lees floating around. Not too strong aromatic or flavor-wise, but it had a nice apple flavor. Sweet and sour kind of style. Slightly sparkling.

精米歩合: 55% アルコール分: 16度 クラシックの吟醸酒 香りとか酸度とか甘い味わいも少し弱い 水のように飲みやすい いいバランス Not too aromatic, sweet, or acidic. A very classic Ginjo. It had a clean finish that didn’t last long. Well balanced. Best chilled or at room temperature.

茨城県の鹿島神宮の日本酒 明利酒造 精米歩合: 60% アルコール分: 15度 キレイの香りと味わい すごくアロマティクなんだけど、優しい味わい 本当に飲みやすい I bought this sake from Kashima Jingu in Ibaraki. The aroma is wonderful, not overly sweet, a little earthy. The flavor was very similar. The balance was so good. This was so delicious and easy to drink.

It was quite sweet, but with a good balance of flavors. The mouthfeel was a bit sharp, but overall a very enjoyable and modern style Sake from Kubota. Great for people who like sweet flavors!

アルコール分: 6度 醸造アルコールが加した メニューで「大人のカルピス」と書いたけど。。。 本当だ！ フルーティーな吟醸香とクリーミーで甘酸っぱい味わい。 酒造はロックスタイルがおすすめなんですけど、そのままで冷たいの方おいしかった The menu called this “adult calpis”, and it actually was! I love calpis, so this was a very tasty sake. Low alcohol level, but creamy, sweet and sour. The brewery recommends drinking this on the rocks.

純米酒 精米歩合65% アルコール分15度 初めての猫場山！ 新潟のアンテナショップで見つけて すごく飲みやすい！ 味が甘口と辛口のバランスはとてもいい〜 冷たいの方が好き It was my first time drinking Naebayama, but it was so good! Very easy to drink, a little sweet but not too sweet. I think it was simple and had a nice balance. It was also very good drunken chilled.
