Wow, boozy. Face-grimacingly so. A little sweet & quite fruity which, along w/thick texture, makes it smoothie-like. Retains distinct flavor profile of this brewery's offerings, incl hints of melon & apple. Better than most nigori, which I find undrinkable. Really rich & filling - took me the entire train ride from Inawashiro to Koriyama to finish the cup. Cheesecake-like finish if you wait long enough. ****

Listed as a karakuchi but has a yeasty, rotting-fruit flavor that makes it seem sweeter. An easy-drinking sweet (to me) sake. Good smooth finish. Good for cider fans. ****
