私はサンフランシスコに住んでいます。私の楽しみは、2017年の3日間の日本酒の授業の後に来ました。今、すべての夕食で日本酒を楽しみました。2024年5月、神奈川で小さな2番目の家を買ったばかりです。すぐに日本でより多くの訪問とより多くの日本酒!

Sweet (-8) and very fruity and light. Maybe too light. Found at ramen place in California. Only sake they have, needs more dryness and acidity to serve with food. Not bad though.

Fairly big flavor not light. Apples, toffee, a little earthy. Delicious eaten with Chinese sticky rice and red bean bun (my wife is Chinese!) 私の英語を言い訳してください

Smooth, slightly thick feeling, some floral nose and taste, and slight banana scent and flavor, enjoyed with chicken and beef over rice. 私の英語を言い訳してください

Harukasumi Junmai Ginjo Very good however not as smooth as I usually like. Acidic, a bit sharp. Lemony, green apple. 私の英語を言い訳してください 😬

My joy for this sake has gone up! Ramen with this spice. Sake was much better!

So this sake, for me anyway, better with spicey foods.

“Chrysanthemum water”, smooth, thinner and watery but not in a bad way, light feel, slightly acidic and mineral salt, fruity, my favorite these days. Delicious with boiled Chinese dumplings, fried gyoza

Oka Ginjo “Cherry Blossom”, wonderful mouth feel, thickens as it warms, melon, tropical fruit, flowery, yet good dryness. Fantastic.
