Timeline
やす☆R1BY was served warm. The color is slightly amber. It has a soft matured taste and umami. やす☆Tasted again on 23/9/09. It has a good maturity and flavor, with a nice sharpness. やす☆When served cold, it seems to be closed up.
When heated, it has a rich aroma, and while it has a modest sense of fullness, it has a robust 90% polished flavor and a sharpness with acidity. やす☆It has a clear and beautiful umami flavor that disappears quickly. It may be because it has been bottled for a year, but it was different from the dry abe I have had in the past. やす☆2019BY warmed up. The warming brought out the sweetness of the omachi and the sharpness with acidity. Personally, I feel this one is more like Taketsuru than the one I had just before. やす☆Bottled in 2020. When served cold, it has a nigori graininess with a hint of peculiarity. When heated, the peculiarity eases and the robust flavor and soft graininess can be tasted. やす☆Almost unpolished sake.
It has a beautiful golden color. When served cold, it has a strong sense of maturity even when watered.
When heated with added water, the sense of maturity is lessened and it mellows out, making it easier to drink, but it still has the robustness of a low-polished sake. It has a slightly smoky taste, but maybe that's just my imagination. やす☆Fresh and candy-like, with a strong sense of sweetness and flavor. The acidity is moderate for Kouei Kiku. It has been about a week since the bottle was opened. やす☆It has a soft, light flavor when warmed. やす☆It is soft and mellow when warmed up. Very tasty. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
