Timeline
立山ギンレイSlightly yellowish, strongly carbonated sake with a noticeably strong flavor. We enjoyed it with kibinago, kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), sashimi, fried cod roe, and other inexpensive and tasty delicacies from Kitakyushu. I was happy to be able to spread the word about this first-class local sake from Ishikawa to my acquaintances! imnotyuriAnd lastly, mature sake from the To no Brewery!
You say it's seven years in storage, but it's from 2015, so it's like seventy-two?
I thought the taste of aged sake would be quite assertive, but it's not so assertive and you can taste the depth! It's so good with a strong core!
It's not easy to drink in Fukuoka, so it was a great experience! imnotyuriTaxi driver's drinking game!
Is it easier or more familiar to drink than Giovanni's research? feeling like
The comparison of drinking comparisons is too specific to be impressive...
But I think it's a good enough match for bonito roasted in straw, so it's also very versatile. imnotyuriTaxi driver's drinking game!
The yeast "Giovanni's Investigations" is a strange taste in a direction I've never had before! But it's delicious! Why? That's what I thought.
The difference in Yuko is that the roots are the same, but there is a difference in the taste in the mouth, hmmm, more nutty but burnished clear? Like that?
It's too weird and I need another drink. imnotyuriThis restaurant serves warayaki, so they aimed for a less sweet taste to go with it!
The flavors are right on target, too good to go with the bonito straw! imnotyuriThis time, unlike last time, only supernumerary! It's just the topping, so it's more refreshing and has a nice rice-like texture that goes well with the grilled zucchini. I used just salt on the way in, but that's good too!
Nice 👍. imnotyuriPaired with buttered scallops, Takaraiya's Honjozo!
While it's a real brew, it's still a full-on food saké with less assertive flavor!
It may not be enough to drink on its own, but it's an excellent foodie drink that can be paired with all kinds of flavored food, anywhere! imnotyuriNice to meet you, Tamagawa! The alcohol content is high and the flavor is so strong that I'll have it on the rocks as suggested! Yum! I feel like rocking it out probably rounds out the flavor as well, making it nice without interfering with the flavor claims! I'd go with grilled horse mackerel. imnotyuriAgain, Fukuoka! Mitsui no Kotobuki no Nigori sake.
The aroma is subdued, fresh and refreshing, with a slight bitterness that keeps the sweetness just right! wise imnotyuriWe're in Fukuoka, so we're having a Fukuoka drink!
Overall, not a flavor in any direction, but a balanced form? It has a sweet and refreshing aroma, so it's good to go with something refreshing. Maybe! imnotyuriShimane's Kaishun! The flavor is coming to you! Is it too dry? If you steer any more mellow, you might have to go for the old-sake type or something. It's got a strong flavor, so it can probably fight stewed food as well! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
