立山ギンレイ
Slightly yellowish, strongly carbonated sake with a noticeably strong flavor. We enjoyed it with kibinago, kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), sashimi, fried cod roe, and other inexpensive and tasty delicacies from Kitakyushu. I was happy to be able to spread the word about this first-class local sake from Ishikawa to my acquaintances!
