Jyushiyo and Jikin 🍶! kdo-There are a lot of good Japanese sake in Yamaguchi ‼️
Kara - you, Takashi. I've heard of it, but I've never had it.
I've never had it before‼️
I want a good first taste‼️
Easy to drink‼️
As expected of Yamaguchi❗️ high level 👆( ¨¨)
2/3 kdo-This is also the second place I've been to this last time: ‼️
Here's a drink comparison: ‼️
The first Isoboast: ‼️
I had a drink last time and here it is again ‼️

But then again, it's still Jikin ‼️ lol
Jikin -> good 😋.
Sake Mirai -> excellent rice 😋.
That multiplication is confirmed 🤴 lol
I can only describe it as "Yumeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" 😭.
I guess the absolute best of each prefecture is

It's so good! ❗️
I had so many bottles in my fridge that I wanted to buy some.
Yummy x tasty is really tasty, isn't it? kdo-Isoboast Honjozo
This is one I usually wanted to drink: ❗️
Yamada Nishiki? I thought it was.
What is Kiyonishiki?
First time I saw it ✨️ => Uma. Uma.
Can you drink it in Shizuoka? I hate it. LOL. kdo-Next is Kikuhime Ishikawa
I had an image that Ishikawa is like Tedorigawa Yoshida Kura II
I had an image of Tetorigawa, but this...
It's more like drinking makgeolli than nigori (rice wine). ‼️
It's more cloudy than I expected ❗️
A little sweet with a clean taste.
Ishikawa GET👍 kdo-Next is skunk cabbage Gunma ❗️
This one tastes the closest to Akita 🤔.
Soft and easy to get into!
The name "skunk cabbage" suits me 🪷.
Gunma GET👍 kdo-Today was a holiday for both of us, so the kids went to daycare.
We had the kids go to daycare and had lunch only.
Today we drank in a prefecture we've never been to before in order to conquer the whole country.
I drank one from a prefecture I've never had a drink from before in my quest to win the whole country: ❗️
Sentoku, this is Miyazaki Prefecture.
It tasted a little dry, but with time, the dryness settled down and it was easy to drink by then.
By then it was easy to drink. ❗️
I couldn't see the label so I couldn't tell what Sentoku was.
I couldn't see the label so I didn't know what Sentoku was, but first of all, Miyazaki GET👍. ジェイ&ノビィHi kdo-😃
I like to have a lunchtime drink 🍶 on an adult's day off🤗.
And congratulations on your conquest of Miyazaki ㊗️ in Sentoku 🎉It's a big step forward to conquering Japan 🇯🇵 by filling in various other prefectures too👍! kdo-Jay & Nobby
Hello 😊
It's a luxury 🫶🏻💭
It's still possible ❗️
And that one in Okinawa isn't out either 🤭. しんしんSYThe Last Junmai Daiginjo
Hiryu
This is a first.
It is a limited distribution product of Shinzawa Brewery, the brewer of "Hakurakusei" and "Atago no matsuri".
It is also a little dry!
You can enjoy Junmai Daiginjo at a reasonable price!
There are many places in Akita where you can enjoy drinking delicious sake!
Knowledge
The sake is named "Hiryu Hiryu" (meaning "flying dragon" in Japanese) so that it can deliver the highest quality to the world like a dragon flying in the sky. It represents the evolution of food sake.
The sake is made from Asahi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, which has an honest sweetness and a clean, crisp quality, and the more you drink and eat, the more you can enjoy the changes in flavor. It has a sweeter, more fruity finish than Hakurakusei.
Rice used: Asahi grown in Okayama Prefecture

Banshu 50 was the same.
Junmai Daiginjo.
It's dry!
We paired it with dry sake while eating iburigakko (pickled smelt)!
There are many customers at this restaurant because there are many reasonable dishes!
I wanted to watch the Japan Series on the big screen TV, so I asked the waitress to change the channel!
However, neither terrestrial nor BS broadcasting was available in Akita!
What a pity!

They have sake from all over the country!
I was looking for Okinawan sake that I haven't tried yet!
We couldn't find Okinawan sake tonight either!
There are many sakes on the menu!
Since it was a good opportunity, I selected three brands of Junmai Daiginjo that I didn't know about!
The first one is Tenki from Saitama!
First time for me!
A little bit of ginjo aroma
Good on the palate
Not too acidic
I'm glad I chose it 😉.

Hello!
We are both far away from Okinawa😅. しんしんSYChoroki, you are right. It is not easy to meet. I thought I would meet him someday somewhere. I am not in a hurry, but I am not fussy. T.KISOGood evening, Shin Shin SY😄.
This store, in a way.
I have a suspicion that it's a certain scam (⚭-⚭ )
Maybe they only had it when they first opened😅. しんしんSYGood evening, T.KISO. I think you may be right. Still, you have quite a few brands that I don't know, so I want to take a peek at this store every once in a while 🫣. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
