Jikin for no good reason: ‼️ But then again, it's still Jikin ‼️ lol Jikin -> good 😋. Sake Mirai -> excellent rice 😋. That multiplication is confirmed 🤴 lol I can only describe it as "Yumeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" 😭. I guess the absolute best of each prefecture is I'm sure it's a good one. Rice: 100% Sake Mirai from Yamagata Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15.5 Producer: Kiyamasa Shuzo, Nabari City, Mie Prefecture

Next is Kikuhime Ishikawa I had an image that Ishikawa is like Tedorigawa Yoshida Kura II I had an image of Tetorigawa, but this... It's more like drinking makgeolli than nigori (rice wine). ‼️ It's more cloudy than I expected ❗️ A little sweet with a clean taste. Ishikawa GET👍

Today was a holiday for both of us, so the kids went to daycare. We had the kids go to daycare and had lunch only. Today we drank in a prefecture we've never been to before in order to conquer the whole country. I drank one from a prefecture I've never had a drink from before in my quest to win the whole country: ❗️ Sentoku, this is Miyazaki Prefecture. It tasted a little dry, but with time, the dryness settled down and it was easy to drink by then. By then it was easy to drink. ❗️ I couldn't see the label so I couldn't tell what Sentoku was. I couldn't see the label so I didn't know what Sentoku was, but first of all, Miyazaki GET👍.

We couldn't find Okinawan sake tonight either! There are many sakes on the menu! Since it was a good opportunity, I selected three brands of Junmai Daiginjo that I didn't know about! The first one is Tenki from Saitama! First time for me!
