I envy you, Mexican Tequila and Eiraku. But you drank a lot. I was wondering about Yamamoto's wooden vats.

Yamada Nishiki No. 6 yeast. Totally different from Shinmasa. Hmmm..! It is more light and refreshing than sweet. It is fun to compare.

The next step was to compare three types of Yuki no Bijin. Why Yuki no Bijin is momentum. First, a Junmai Daiginjo of Akita's main stream Misato Nishiki and Akita Sake Komachi 8 to 2. Muscat? Slightly sweet. I had a hint of sweetness when I drank Sake Komachi before. It is delicious.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby. Yukimi, I couldn't drink it easily in Kanazawa, so I went without thinking. It was delicious! I was so excited to drink it, but I was at my limit. But still, the Holy Land was amazing! Akita's beautiful sake is great too.

Next up was a beautifully designed sake with a connection to Hyogo Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki. Of course, it must be the skill of the brewery, but Yamadanishiki is amazing. It has a subtle aroma, sweetness, and a taste that you will never get tired of drinking. Both are gems.
