It tastes like a green apple. You can also taste something like a green apple. It is thick and has a pleasant texture on the tongue. But SAKURA seems to be the most suitable for the sake offering. When you open the bottle, it smells like ramune. It has a strong gassy taste. The taste is juicy and ramune like. The sweet and sour taste comes out later, and the sourness makes it go away quickly. Because of the low alcohol content, it is light and very easy to drink. I can't open any bottle because my work schedule is changing irregularly... So today, I'd like to share with you a rich beer! This sake is made by a local sake brewery using local rice cake. It has a rich aroma of rice, but it is not gorgeous like Ginjo aroma. The taste has the flavor of rice and sweetness, but but it is not like a sake. There is no bitterness or miscellaneous taste, but it is a little peculiar because it is only made from mochi rice. Or is it because the rice is polished to a low 90%? The texture is smooth, but the sharpness is not so good. It is slightly sweet and you can drink it slowly.

I'm not sure if there's a hint of rice in the aroma. When you drink it, you can feel the bubbles on your tongue. At first, you can taste a smooth pineapple-like sweetness. After that, the flavor of the rice spreads slowly. At the end, the sourness finishes the taste and makes your mouth feel good. It is an alcoholic drink, but you can't feel the alcohol. It is very easy to drink with its sweetness and refreshing taste.

The closest sake brewery to my house I know it's a little late, but it's summer sake! Even though it's the middle of winter! It has a clean but gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a smooth sweetness that is similar to that of rum and cider. It has a bitter taste and it goes down the throat well. The taste of the rice is not very strong. Also, there is a sense of alcohol. It has a refreshing taste like Miyamanishiki. The sweetness is smooth. The sake made by Hagino Shuzo using Miyamanishiki is very good! The kotatsu neko will be out in a little while. Last season it was a raw sake with ori But this season, it seems to be a fire-retarded, non-ori sake. Now, I wonder how it will change...

Happy New Year m(_ _)m! This is a celebratory drink! It doesn't have much of an aroma. If I had to guess, I'd say it's clean and apple-like. When you drink it, it's solid and gassy. It's 16% alcohol, but it feels quite heavy. It's not very sweet, it's dry and a little thick. It has no distinctive taste and is like water. It's a little hard to drink for a Hassen. Unfortunately, it's not to my liking...

It's Christmas Eve today! Akatake's SNOW XMAS version is open! It has a faint aroma of rice. There is a lot of gas in the nose. There is a little bit of gas in the nose, but it doesn't have the slight fizziness of raw sake. There is a hole in the cap to release the gas though. It has a sweet and sour taste with a characteristic lactic acidity. There is no alcohol or bitterness, and it is very easy to drink. But it's not very sake like... I compared it with Mimurosugi which I opened yesterday. I think I prefer the Mimurosugi. There is no doubt that both of them are delicious.

A new sake from Miyagi Prefecture, "Gin-no-Iroha", was introduced this year. I bought this one in April at a liquor store I'm familiar with (sweat). Fruity and very sweet aroma When you drink it, it's a little bit sweet, like a ramune, but The aftertaste is refreshing and crisp. I don't know why it's so sweet and sharp. Is the Gin no Iroha more sweet? I'm not sure what I should be pairing this with... At any rate, I paired it with Lawson's oden tonight.

The first new sake of the year is Akatake NEW BORN Junmai Ginjo! I bought it today at a liquor store I'm familiar with and opened it immediately! This is the first time I've opened a bottle of wine on the day of purchase since I've been sober (big sweat). Elegant, fruity and intense ginjo aroma Sweet and Muscat-like taste. It's also solid and gassy. The piquancy of the texture of the sake is also very nice. It's got a bitter aftertaste and it's so smooth you could drink as much as you want. You can drink it on its own or as a mealtime drink, it goes well with many things. Tonight I drank it with a pot of soy milk, kimchi and cheese. Akatake is still delicious! Holy shit, I went through the F and Junmai, but I'm aiming for a full complement of the different sakes from next month. Also, here's some information I got from the liquor store This season, they're bringing out a Christmas version of their low alcohol junmai series SNOW! It seems to be produced in smaller quantities than the regular SNOW, so if you want one, you'll have to check it out! I asked for a layaway. Normal SNOW seems to be after the first of the year. Holy shit, that's what I'm looking forward to.

普段お世話になっている酒屋が磐乃井酒造に委託し、 地元産の餅米「こがねもち」を100%使用して作られた日本酒 日本酒らしい香りで結構甘め 酸味も少なめでスッキリしている 餅米のみなのでクセがある味わいかと思ったが そんな事は無くとても飲みやすい 今回試験醸造との事で予約していた1本しか入手出来なかったけど 次回またあれば何本か確保しておこう
