Today, a sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture
It was moved from Otsuchi and is now brewing in Morioka, and has grown to become one of Iwate's leading sake breweries!
We look forward to seeing them continue to grow and produce delicious sake.

I haven't even opened a bottle of SNOW yet.
I have not opened SNOW yet, and I have stock of all NEW BORN, Yui no Ka, Yamadanishiki, and Aizan.
But SAKURA seems to be the most suitable for the sake offering.
When you open the bottle, it smells like ramune.
It has a strong gassy taste.
The taste is juicy and ramune like.
The sweet and sour taste comes out later, and the sourness makes it go away quickly.
Because of the low alcohol content, it is light and very easy to drink.
