I was working nights until this morning, so I haven't had a drink in a week
Now that the heat has abated.
I had a bottle picked out for me at the liquor store for a hot drink.
The first hiyaoroshi (hot sake) of the season.
The First Kyoto Sake Brewery
The rabbit label is cute, too.
Incidentally, I was born in the year of the Rabbit
It's lukewarm this time.
It has a very nice light rice aroma.
Slightly thicker and more pleasant to the touch
It's very mellow and you can feel the flavor of the rice.
It's supposed to be dry, but I don't think it's that hot.
Maybe it's because it's hot, but the sweetness of the rice came out a lot.
Cold sake (about 10 degrees Celsius?) But I tried it.
Almost no scent.
It was crisp, clear and crisp.
Personally, I think I prefer it hot.
The sake cup is the flat sake cup of the Aizu-nuri which I bought in Kitakata City on my way home from a business trip last month
In addition, we have prepared a sake tester and are well prepared.
I've gone a little hyped up this time.

Good morning, Kanon!
I fell asleep right after I uploaded it, lol.
You're a cute little rabbit, aren't you?
There's another one with a rabbit on the label, and then there's the two rabbits.
I've never had one.
