A new sake from Miyagi Prefecture, "Gin-no-Iroha", was introduced this year. I bought this one in April at a liquor store I'm familiar with (sweat). Fruity and very sweet aroma When you drink it, it's a little bit sweet, like a ramune, but The aftertaste is refreshing and crisp. I don't know why it's so sweet and sharp. Is the Gin no Iroha more sweet? I'm not sure what I should be pairing this with... At any rate, I paired it with Lawson's oden tonight.

Good evening! Thank you for trying the new Miyagi rice - lol! I've only had this one Gin no Iroha, too, but I noticed a slight alcoholic feeling in the aftermath! It would be great if it spread beyond the prefecture.

Good evening. Gin no Iroha is characterized by its softness and fullness of flavor, with a large core white. Dewa Tsannan's grandson~(°▽°)

Good morning, drinker. Good morning! This is the only one I've purchased of Gin no Iroha's! I didn't mind the alcoholic feel to it. I couldn't taste the strong sweetness of the rice.

Good morning, Mr. Goni-Go, good morning So you're a member of the Dewa-Sanshu family of sake rice! Then I'm convinced that it's for ginjo and has a sweet taste. Maybe it was because it was too late to notice a swelling in the flavor (sweat).
