A new sake from Miyagi Prefecture, "Gin-no-Iroha", was introduced this year.
I bought this one in April at a liquor store I'm familiar with (sweat).
Fruity and very sweet aroma
When you drink it, it's a little bit sweet, like a ramune, but
The aftertaste is refreshing and crisp.
I don't know why it's so sweet and sharp.
Is the Gin no Iroha more sweet?
I'm not sure what I should be pairing this with...
At any rate, I paired it with Lawson's oden tonight.

I've only had this one Gin no Iroha, too, but I noticed a slight alcoholic feeling in the aftermath!
It would be great if it spread beyond the prefecture.

This is the only one I've purchased of Gin no Iroha's!
I didn't mind the alcoholic feel to it.
I couldn't taste the strong sweetness of the rice.

So you're a member of the Dewa-Sanshu family of sake rice!
Then I'm convinced that it's for ginjo and has a sweet taste.
Maybe it was because it was too late to notice a swelling in the flavor (sweat).
