This sake is made by a local sake brewery using local rice cake.
It has a rich aroma of rice, but it is not gorgeous like Ginjo aroma.
The taste has the flavor of rice and sweetness, but
but it is not like a sake.
There is no bitterness or miscellaneous taste, but it is a little peculiar because it is only made from mochi rice.
Or is it because the rice is polished to a low 90%?
The texture is smooth, but the sharpness is not so good.
It is slightly sweet and you can drink it slowly.
