It's Christmas Eve today!
Akatake's SNOW XMAS version is open!
It has a faint aroma of rice.
There is a lot of gas in the nose.
There is a little bit of gas in the nose, but it doesn't have the slight fizziness of raw sake.
There is a hole in the cap to release the gas though.
It has a sweet and sour taste with a characteristic lactic acidity.
There is no alcohol or bitterness, and it is very easy to drink.
But it's not very sake like...
I compared it with Mimurosugi which I opened yesterday.
I think I prefer the Mimurosugi.
There is no doubt that both of them are delicious.
