It has a clean but gorgeous ginjo aroma.
It has a smooth sweetness that is similar to that of rum and cider.
It has a bitter taste and it goes down the throat well.
The taste of the rice is not very strong.
Also, there is a sense of alcohol.
It has a refreshing taste like Miyamanishiki.
The sweetness is smooth.
The sake made by Hagino Shuzo using Miyamanishiki is very good!
The kotatsu neko will be out in a little while.
Last season it was a raw sake with ori
But this season, it seems to be a fire-retarded, non-ori sake.
Now, I wonder how it will change...
