The first new sake of the year is Akatake NEW BORN Junmai Ginjo!
I bought it today at a liquor store I'm familiar with and opened it immediately!
This is the first time I've opened a bottle of wine on the day of purchase since I've been sober (big sweat).
Elegant, fruity and intense ginjo aroma
Sweet and Muscat-like taste.
It's also solid and gassy.
The piquancy of the texture of the sake is also very nice.
It's got a bitter aftertaste and it's so smooth you could drink as much as you want.
You can drink it on its own or as a mealtime drink, it goes well with many things.
Tonight I drank it with a pot of soy milk, kimchi and cheese.
Akatake is still delicious!
Holy shit, I went through the F and Junmai, but I'm aiming for a full complement of the different sakes from next month.
Also, here's some information I got from the liquor store
This season, they're bringing out a Christmas version of their low alcohol junmai series SNOW!
It seems to be produced in smaller quantities than the regular SNOW, so if you want one, you'll have to check it out!
I asked for a layaway.
Normal SNOW seems to be after the first of the year.
Holy shit, that's what I'm looking forward to.

Unusual for etorannzyu.
It looks like he opened it as soon as he bought it...
I couldn't wait to drink NEWBORN.
I couldn't resist, I guess.

Kanon, good evening!
It's really tasty as one of the leading breweries in Iwate.
Holy crap, it's the first Christmas one, and I can't wait to see what they come up with.

Good evening, drinker. Good evening.
This is a good brewery that I can recommend to people who like sweet and savory sake.
I tend to stock up on them almost exclusively because I like to look at them in line at the cellar.
I couldn't resist and opened it.

Hello, Mr. Goni-Go! Hello.
I opened the bottle immediately, lol.
We've known Akatake for a long time, so information seems to come in pretty quickly.
I can't wait to see how the SNOW Christmas version turns out.

Mr. Cars, good evening.
Sorry for the long delay in replying to you (big sweat)
SNOW is a delicious drink with an impressive sour taste....
I always buy my Akatake from Ichinoseki's car shop Kono.
