It is fresh, crisp and refreshing.

My favorite Kafuda sake, Ichiya.
The taste is very sweet. It's a sweet drink.
However, there is a sibilance niggle characteristic of sake that spreads across the tongue immediately. As you continue drinking, whether it is because you are used to it or because you are drunk, the sibilance disappears and only the sweetness remains.
I don't need any sauce for this.
