The aroma is probably citrus. There is a slight gaseous taste, with an elegant acidity and a refreshing taste. It is perfect as a food sake.

The aroma was slightly sweet. Although the rice is 35% polished, the umami of Yamadanishiki can be felt firmly, and combined with the elegant acidity, it was deeply felt to be a good sake.

I just popped into my favorite liquor store and found this cute label! I didn't know that Niiyu had a frog series like this. I had no idea 💦. The aroma is sweet, but the sourness comes first on the palate and is well balanced with the bitterness that follows!

Our annual Risshun morning pressing! Slightly citrusy on the nose, with an elegant acidity and a clean, crisp taste, it's delicious again this year!

Eikoh Fushi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Arata Shogen I bought this after visiting a liquor store on a business trip! This is the first Eikohfushi I've had my eye on for a long time. It was located in an inconspicuous place, and I couldn't tell it was Eiko-Fuji at a glance, so I wandered around in front of the showcase for about 30 minutes and found it by chance. The sake degree is -10, and the taste is sweet, with a strong pineapple-like aroma, like Hanayo-yoku. The sharpness is not that good, but it doesn't have an unpleasant aftertaste. It was BY2020.8, and I enjoyed it very much. Now I want to drink it freshly squeezed! My favorite degree: ★★★★★
