The alcohol content is high, but it is a refreshing drink. When I tried it in a wine glass, the fruity aroma went to my nose. If you try it on the rocks, it becomes more refreshing and mellow. You can enjoy it in two ways, and at a reasonable price. It's a perfect bottle for a nightcap.

The sip is refreshing with a fruity aroma and a gassy taste. The mellow sweetness spreads and then bites the tip of your tongue. I think it is easy to drink on a hot day. Personally, it was the first time for me to taste a combination of three kinds of sake rice, so it was an impressive sake.

A bite will make you chomp. It is a good substitute for gari. The taste may be strong. The back of the label says it's Edomae Sushi, but I could have used salted salmon.

Like buying a CD jacket, I was attracted by the coolness of the label. When I poured it into a glass, the aroma was faint, but when I took a sip, I felt a mellow aroma and strong acidity. I paired it with bonito sashimi, and it went well with it.

Kuheiji goes well with a wine glass. You can feel the aroma of Yamada Nishiki and enjoy the acidity. I tried it with tempura as a test, but it cut off in the first sip, and the aroma and taste came back in the second sip.
