きのこ
Drinks like water. A clean aftertaste after drinking. Is it because the rice and water are delicious? It has a mild taste. It goes well with sashimi. There are no peculiarities at all, so even sake beginners can easily try it.

Hello. Thank you for drinking sake from my hometown of Minamiaizu! The owner's sister is a classmate of mine.

Thank you for your comment, nabe-san! I have only been a sake lover for a short time, but I would like to learn more about and enjoy sake from Aizu, where I have relatives (and also from Kaito Otokoyama Sake Brewery).

Banshu Ikkyo is dry and light on the palate. It is easy to drink, making it a perfect summer sake. It is also recommended for sake beginners. Banshu Ikkyo can be drunk chilled because it does not disturb snacks such as yakitori and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). It was the most memorable taste of the sake in the Kichijoji izakaya drinking comparison.

Kagatobi from Ishikawa. A dry junmai sake with a crisp and elegant taste. It goes well with thick fried bean curd as a side dish, and even sake beginners can enjoy it.

Easy to drink, with no habits. Slightly sweet aftertaste, but not an unpleasant aftertaste, crisp and clean. Very tasty when chilled. After a week in the fridge after opening, it also had a melon-like fruity taste. I think it is easy to drink for sake beginners. It seems to be hard to find these days, so this time A local relative gave it to me as a gift. It is a good sake representing Aizu that I hope to encounter again in the near future.
