It is easy to drink, making it a perfect summer sake. It is also recommended for sake beginners.
Banshu Ikkyo can be drunk chilled because it does not disturb snacks such as yakitori and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
It was the most memorable taste of the sake in the Kichijoji izakaya drinking comparison.
