About 15 years ago, I think. I made a tour of 88 places in Shikoku under the influence of "Doyo Doyo"! On the second night of the tour, I had a bone-in chicken in Marugame! I think it was beer at that time! It's a nostalgic memory from my 30s! I had it while remembering such a thing! I wanted to drink this sake after tracing the history of Mr. Fujioka, the master brewer of Choshu Shuzo! We found that a liquor shop in the next town sells it three days ago, and we bought it today. It's not a bird, but we served it with pork spare ribs like Kagoshima. It's delicious. It goes well with the pork. We heard it was sour, but it's not so! We'll go to buy it again next week! Today is my eldest daughter's birthday party. She was 10 years old, and she had a big illness, but she got over it. By the way, it says "Kijoshu" on the label. A noble sake? I wanted to learn more about nigori sake, so I tasted the Yumemiru Hitsuji that was recommended on the Sakerabo channel. On my way home from work, I went to the local supermarket and found a lot of it! I bought a bottle for now! It's very thick. It's not as sweet as I expected, and it goes well with fried food. We also had a lot of chilled nigori sake, so I'll try it next time!

It's a limited edition sake that they serve at the brewery opening. Because of the influence of Corona, they couldn't open the brewery, so they sold it to a special agent. It's been half a year since I started drinking sake, so I thought I'd try some nigori sake, so I bought some! I thought it was a sweet sake, but it is dry and refreshing! I can also feel the mumble! We had it today with ginger yaki, and it goes well with meat! Maybe this is meat.

This is the third issue of Colors. I went to pay for it without looking at the price, and I was a little nervous. It's more than 1,000 yen more expensive than the Shinsei I've been buying. This is also sweet and easy to drink! However, the way it spreads in the mouth is the best I've ever had. I wonder what the difference is. There seems to be a difference in price at least. No more stock at home! The two bottles I bought behind my wife's back are in the fridge at a friend's house. I can finally pull them out!
