It's a nostalgic memory from my 30s!
I had it while remembering such a thing!
I wanted to drink this sake after tracing the history of Mr. Fujioka, the master brewer of Choshu Shuzo!
We found that a liquor shop in the next town sells it three days ago, and we bought it today.
It's not a bird, but we served it with pork spare ribs like Kagoshima.
It's delicious. It goes well with the pork.
We heard it was sour, but it's not so!
We'll go to buy it again next week!
