I was curious about [Saku] here and bought it at a liquor store I usually go to. I was surprised when I drank it! It had the most fruity, melon-like aroma of any sake I have ever had, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that sake can also taste like this. I was immediately a fan of this sake.

Very refreshing and fruity on the nose! Yet, it is not too sweet and has a crisp and clean aftertaste. A pleasant sake for a relaxing summer evening.

It's still delicious, a ding of outstanding stability! The slightly bubbly taste and the rich aroma that passes through the nose are intoxicating. The color is yellowish and slightly cloudy (perhaps due to the lighting).
