This sake was drunk at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and the rice used was Morinokuma-san. With a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of -6, and an acidity of 1.7, it was slightly sweet at first, but as I drank more of it, it became more refreshing and suitable for a meal.

I don't think it was mentioned on the label, but I looked it up and it came up as Akita Sake Brewery Yuki no Bijinkei, so I'm registering it here (sorry if the information is wrong). I drank it at an izakaya, and the rice used was Misato Nishiki, Aizan, and Akita Sake Komachi. With a rice polishing ratio of 55% and a sake meter rating of +3, it was a crisp sake that went well with a meal.

This is a drink drunk at an izakaya. The rice used to make this sake is Hana-moi rice. It is easy to drink with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, but you can feel the rice. I really liked it.
