This sake was drunk at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and the rice used was Morinokuma-san. With a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of -6, and an acidity of 1.7, it was slightly sweet at first, but as I drank more of it, it became more refreshing and suitable for a meal.
