At a friend's house. I have had many kinds of Toyo Bijin, but this was my first time to try Junmai Daiginjo...omg, it was so refreshing and refreshing that I finished it in no time (^_^;)
This was another sake we received😄It was a change from yesterday's brand and was dry and THE sake! It has a punchy taste and goes well with the tempura on the tray, and was delicious \(^o^)/.
It was a gift from a relative😄I was so excited because it matched the season perfectly, so I had it right away. It looked colorless, smelled odorless, and tasted great.
I didn't know there was a sake specializing in shellfish! I realized after drinking it that it was also good with salmon...omega...not so much habit, refreshing and delicious...I want to drink it with shellfish next time...(^o^)
I bought this bottle at Ise Jingu Shrine. The aroma is not so strong but the taste is rich.(^o^)The background that high school students make rice and it is created in cooperation with the community is also interesting... omega...
It's supposed to be a medium-bodied sake, but I found it to be quite sweet! It was claimed to be a delicious sake when heated, so I'd like to try heating it up next time!
I was happy to receive a lot of sake from a friend, but I couldn't finish the last bottle... omg!
It was a clear, fragrant and gorgeous Junmai Daiginjo of the royal road.
I had a business trip to Uozu, Toyama Prefecture, and had some local sake and seafood.
The sake was refreshing and went well with sashimi, so I drank a lot of it.
I made a mistake in posting this earlier, so I'm posting it again (^_^;) I had an evening drink with sake given to me by someone at work. It has a gorgeous aroma like Junmai Daiginjo, but it is dry and has acidity, so it was a luxurious drink (^o^)
