Compared to the Junmai Ginjo Takumi, the bitterness that remains in the aftertaste is suppressed and the sweetness in the first half of the sake is felt strongly. The price is not much different from the Junmai Ginjo, and I personally prefer this taste.

It has a good aroma and a melon-like flavor. Although there is a sweetness and an aroma at the moment of including it in the mouth, it is a little different impression from the image before drinking that a bitterness remains comparatively well.

It has a faint pineapple aroma and a very dark sweetness and umami. A sake where you can firmly enjoy the taste and aroma of the rice, delicious! It's quite thick, so it's easy to lose the taste if you drink another sake right away... Memo 720, 1500 yen

Purchased at the same time as Monsoon Ginfuki and Yamadanishiki. Is it only fire-aged this year? The aroma is banana-like and the sourness is moderate. 720, 1800 yen

This is the drink that I was surprised to drink at a bar before. When I saw it in the store, I thought it would be easier to drink a low-alcohol drink at this time of year. When you pour it into a glass, the first sip has a strong sour yogurt taste, but as you continue to drink it, you get a calm Calpis-like taste. The first time I drank it was at an event about three years ago, and when I heard it had been in stock in my neighborhood for a while, I bought it. It's very sweet and easy to drink, so it tends to go fast! 1800 for 720
