Manjusen green I heard they use wine yeast. I was expecting a wine-like sake, but it was a more robust sake than I had imagined, with some acidity. It was crisp and easy to drink. I had it with boiled firefly squid because it's from Toyama. It was delicious!

Bon Shiboritate Junmai Daiginjo Limited time only, apparently. I wanted to drink Fukui sake, so I bought this along with yesterday's Bon Gold (Yamadanishiki)! There were two types, Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, but I chose Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture! The color was cloudy white and it looked rich. As expected of a daiginjo, it was clear and easy to drink. The aftertaste was also refreshing! The moment I put it in my mouth, I could feel the carbonation. If your tongue is as dumb as mine, I can only describe the difference between this and Bon Gold in terms of appearance. We had it with my wife's fried oysters! It was delicious!

I was looking for Fukui sake. I was looking for a sake from Fukui, and it looked easy to drink, so I bought it. Unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo standard The label says it has a pale yellow color, but it is almost transparent when poured into a glass. It has won awards in Paris and Las Vegas and is recommended to be drunk in a wine glass. Easy to drink with no peculiarities Gentle aroma It has a refreshing aftertaste. I heard it was like a white wine, but since there is no acidity, my impression is that it is not like a wine at all. Delicious!

Sake from Aichi I bought it because I got the same impression as yesterday's Kaze no Mori from the product description at the store, but it was quite different. I can't verbalize the difference though. The moment you put it in your mouth, there is a sweetness and a fluffy aroma that passes through your nose. Would you call this a fruity or banana aroma? The taste quickly recedes, but when you breathe through your nose, the aroma lingers for a while. It was delicious! Today's side dishes (snacks) at my home were ponzu ponzu (Japanese-style sauce with ponzu sauce) with milt, beef tendon radish, and pork fried chicken!

My First Sake from Nara Prefecture Junmai Unfiltered Sake made from a rice called Akitsuho It is one of the most delicious sakes! 80% polished rice, but it is sweet and easy to drink. It is thick and leaves a sweet aftertaste. Aroma of melon This is my first sake from Nara Prefecture, but the way it is expressed is no different from any other sake I've ever had, and I hate my stupid tongue!

Alcohol content: 18%. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Yellow color Personally, it is a very delicious sake. I want to drink it little by little. Is it rich or mellow? The sticky sweetness clings to the tongue. It leaves a lingering aftertaste. Maybe because of its high alcohol content, it feels a bit tangy in the back of the throat. I enjoyed it with my wife's oden.

Sake from Niigata but sweet Personally, I think it's very good! If you warm it up to lukewarm, the sweetness stands out even more and it has a unique taste. However, I don't know what to serve with it.

I remember not liking the brand bearing the Fumikiku name of the same brewery, but this one is delicious. What is different about it? It has a refreshing aroma after putting it in the mouth. The catch copy in the product description, "Refreshing clarity like a gale blowing through fresh greenery," fits perfectly.

I had forgotten about Sake no Wa for a long time, and I remembered it after drinking Chiyotsuru for the first time in a while, so I posted it for the record. I had previously had a special junmai and a deep sea water brewed sake, but this junmai is also easy to drink and delicious.
