Sake from Aichi
I bought it because I got the same impression as yesterday's Kaze no Mori from the product description at the store, but it was quite different. I can't verbalize the difference though.
The moment you put it in your mouth, there is a sweetness and a fluffy aroma that passes through your nose. Would you call this a fruity or banana aroma? The taste quickly recedes, but when you breathe through your nose, the aroma lingers for a while.
It was delicious!
Today's side dishes (snacks) at my home were ponzu ponzu (Japanese-style sauce with ponzu sauce) with milt, beef tendon radish, and pork fried chicken!
