I have to admit that I was surprised and fell flat on my back when I took a sip! I didn't know there was such a delicious sake. ...... It's on my list of great sake that I would recommend to others without saying a word! I'm glad I came across it 🙏 If I ever get to Shimane, I'd love to visit the sake brewery in person!
