We've been drinking a lot of unfiltered raw sake lately.
I went to a liquor store I know and picked out a sake that is good both cold and warmed. I heard that it is only distributed locally in Hayaseura.
It's a man's sake from the Hokuriku region, and as its reputation suggests, it hits hard. I'm going to savor it with hot pot and warmed sake.
