Sweet, smooth, sour or pungent, less angular, flabby. Slaughterhouse? A little bit of herbaceousness? Is there a little herb? It seems to be a good omen. It's about the end of the bottle, so it's probably pretty sweet. It says it's sharp, but the way I drank it, I'm not sure. It's very gentle... it's more like slaughterhouse sake. It's easy to drink, like water. The only thing is that the Takakakinoki was thick, and the kikurage tsukudani was quite sweet, so it's possible that it was pulled in by that. When you drink it with a gulp, the sourness comes out. Maybe freshly opened is sharp! I finished it today, but I'd like to try it again at a different time! I'm looking forward to going back because there were many other drinks I didn't know about🥰

After that, a tingling pungent taste comes out. It is sweet, but the alcohol is strong, so the balance is good. It has a rich taste like an aged sake, but the mouthfeel is petite and has a refreshing impression. It has a whiskey-like taste. Is a former toji (brewer) of Okuharima involved? (Was it made?). The taste is different from that of Okuharima, though it is delicious.

I had a drink at a place I've been eyeing for a bit before dinner today~! Sari, it was the end of the drink, so I'm sure the flavor image will be very different, but It had a delicious sweetness from the rice, a gentle mouthfeel like water, a gentle sourness, and a tangy bitterness, and it was gentle but tight~! The bitterness and pungency linger at the end of the drink, so the final impression is dry. When I said I didn't like Hiroshima's sake because I thought it was hard and dry, the lady served it to me...! I'm not a big fan of hard water in Hiroshima. I've never been to Hiroshima before, but I've heard that there are places in Hiroshima that have soft water, so I really need to try different kinds of water to understand what I'm drinking! It was my first time at the restaurant I went to yesterday and it was really great!
