Sour smell when you open it. It smells like vinegar. And when I put it in my mouth, somehow it feels smoky. I wonder if it's my imagination. It wasn't really my favorite...

I tried to find a taste for wine yeast. This is quite sweet. Like a dessert wine. But it also has a hint of sake. I prefer the previous Tsurukame.
