It is dry with a moderate tanginess on the tongue. I ordered it because I was attracted by the description that it is only available in spring. LOL! It is easy to drink, and if you notice it, you will forget about tasting it and just drink it gulping it down and getting drunk. It is easy to drink and I personally like it very much.

Shinsei's Autumn Cherry (Cosmos) 2024. It has sweetness and acidity of fruits such as cherries and mandarin oranges. The sake level is light, but the flavor is not watery and has a firm umami.

Lightly cloudy type. It is easy to drink and you can taste the sweetness of rice. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has a pleasant balance. A highly recommended sake that can be served with a wide variety of dishes.
