The origin of "Shikotama" is said to have come from ...... 37 years ago, when it suddenly fell from the sky.
It is sweet as it is called "sweet", and there is also a dry one, but I didn't buy that one.
Compared to "Kagura mairi", this one was much more nigori (cloudy) and not like drinking sake lees.
It has almost no acidity, a refreshing, mild sweetness, and (for me) an easy-drinking, "kiken-kiken" (10 degrees) taste.
By the way, it is labeled "Junmai Nigorozake" (pure rice cloudy sake), but is there such a thing as doburoku with alcohol added?
