The aroma is a little floral for a Kochi sake, but that's Kochi sake for you. The aroma quickly fades away, leaving behind a mild umami and a spiciness that is not too much, making it a refined Kochi sake. Perfect with sashimi and boiled vegetables. It is delicious.

Alcohol Content:16.5%. Rice used:Undisclosed Rice polishing ratio:55 L'Isle" is French for "a person who reads deeply and appreciates literature. At first, I felt a slight fizziness and a shwashiness, and when I finished the drink, I found a muscat-like aroma and a sour umami taste. Although it is a slightly sparkling sake, it is also excellent as a food sake, and I think it would be delicious with fried foods. It is a delicious sake with a hint of sweetness.

Hirome Market is where the locals go too. If you get a chance, try the bonito sashimi and Kure Junmai. It's the best!

Glad to hear you are safe and sound. I am relieved🙏. I wonder if it is the blessing of the Buddha who has come all the way around. I know you are anxious about a lot of things. Please take care of yourself.

Good evening, Harry senior 🌆. I hope you enjoyed your visit to Minamikokutosa: ❗️ I wish I could go to Hirome Market too! I heard that Oita on the other side of the river was shaken up quite a bit last night. I heard that my senior at the Oita branch had a scary experience too...

This year's new sake. Let's drink in Yurakucho even if you are drinking in Nihonbashi. Kochi Bunkajin said let's drink in Yurakucho. Aroma of melon and a mellow cup that spreads around your throat when you put it in your mouth. It is my favorite drink.

It has a good balance between juiciness and freshness with just the right amount of umami and acidity. The lingering finish is also well integrated and invites the next sip. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

The sake was slightly sweet and easy to drink. Since it is a Kochi sake, it was served with bonito.
