しょう太This is the second bottle purchased at the direct sales shop adjacent to the brewery. It is a delicious sake with a mellow aroma, freshness, and the delicious taste of rice. Near the brewery is the famous Aoya Plum Grove, where plum blossoms are in full bloom from February to March.

Tonight's sake was a junmai sake from the Joyo Shuzo brewery. The balance of rice flavor and acidity seems to be good, and the sake was delicious warmed up.
