けんさA slight sweetness and acidity seep through as soon as you drink it, and disappear shortly after.
The aroma and sweetness are kept constant but do not remain excessive, and the drawback is very careful. It goes well with all kinds of food, but it is definitely good on its own.
KazKazIt's been a while since I've had a Sharaku tonight-⤴️🍶.
Refreshing, clean, fruity🌸🍶✨
Yum🐴, with a hint of sourness ✨.
Sharaku is still super oicy ❕.
I'm enjoying it very much.
深谷の阿部ちゃんIt had been lying (neglected?) in the cellar for 2 years. (lol) ORIGAMI I.
It has an exquisite harmony of gasiness and lees.
Tonight, I served it with fried and soaked eggplant and rice with chicken and burdock root.
ようじろうI love Collage ♡
I bought a bottle of Akaban Yumachi and a bottle of Bizen Yumachi, not knowing the difference between the two, I thought they were both delicious and bought Akaban Yumachi on a hunch.
I'm not sure what the difference is between the two! I was surprised to find that it was so delicious!
It has the sweetness of ripe fruit, but also has a refreshing acidity. A sense of gas unique to nama-shu. Rich and long lasting aftertaste.
もよもよThis is a famous sake, Sharaku's Nama-shu Oragami. Maybe this is the only time in winter that they have a nama-shu? A delightful spec.
It is a fairly vigorous sake, if not a shuwashu. If you keep it in the bottle for a while, the air inside will come out when you open the bottle. The flavor is silky from the orikara, plus a slightly lactic yogurt-y and melon-y feeling. It is delicious and not too sweet.
The taste is very good, but it's not what you expect. It is a good match with Camembert cheese or something like that.
サク魔人No warning sign to open the bottle. The cork flew out with great force and hit me directly in the face. My face was covered with sake.
The Polish version is delicious!
mazIt has a mellow mouthfeel, a delicious oji flavor, and a refreshing fruity taste on top of that.
It is indescribably well-balanced.
After all, Sharaku never misses ^ ^.
