Purchase at the warehouse The brewery is located in Kurashiki City's Bikan Historical Quarter. The unusual shape of the bottle is either a tradition or an attempt to attract tourists. It is not only the bottle that is unusual, but also the taste and aroma, which are different from anything I have ever tasted before. It has a yellowish color and tastes and smells like Shaoxing wine. It is said to be slightly dry, but I could only feel the dryness in my throat, and the aftertaste was astringent. The production date, April 2023, is the date when the bottle was stored.

I received a rare sake at work. I think most workplaces usually give cookies as a souvenir when they go on a trip, but at our place, it was sake. Many of the sake that are called "rough-run" have been adjusted to make them easier to drink, but this one was labeled "unpressed sake" and was full of unadjusted flavor😅. It's a 500ml bottle, but it's very peculiar and acidic. It's like a crowded train on a rainy day. I learned a lot! There are so many different kinds of sake!
