The brewery is located in Kurashiki City's Bikan Historical Quarter.
The unusual shape of the bottle is either a tradition or an attempt to attract tourists.
It is not only the bottle that is unusual, but also the taste and aroma, which are different from anything I have ever tasted before.
It has a yellowish color and tastes and smells like Shaoxing wine.
It is said to be slightly dry, but I could only feel the dryness in my throat, and the aftertaste was astringent.
