One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️
My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁.
The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️
I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵.
It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️
We had a lot of sake from my coworkers 😅
