I am on my way back from a business trip. I received this Tadasama at a reception at a business trip destination. I didn't understand the details, but I had a white label and a black label. The black label was very good. It tasted different from Shichiken, my personal Yamanashi sake, though I guessed it was a jungin, unfiltered, raw sake. I suspect it is because of the difference in water quality between the Yatsugatake water system and Mt. Do not underestimate this Yamanashi brand.
