It has a clean aroma and a crisp, dry taste, and I think it is one of the easiest to drink among the draft sake...but it has a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of +4, and an acidity of 1.7, so there is no wonder it is easy to drink!
Today was a rare day to go out for a drink. I went out to downtown Shizuoka to meet people. Muan is an eggplant group, so the food is good 😋 This restaurant has a good selection of local sakes.
I have actually not had many sakes from Shizuoka, and I was served one of the most rare ones I have ever had.
It is very light on the palate and even a little sweetness makes it stand out well. The aroma is also elegant.
We had it with dengaku, dashimaki egg and sashimi.
Only 3 more days until GW. No work today 😭
Well, today's side dish is teriyaki yellowtail. Delicious looking yellowtail was cheap over the weekend 🐟.
I chose Koyogi, which has a dry image, because I thought it would go well with the stock in the fridge .
Unlike the image, it has a sour taste. It's not sweet, and the taste is not strong, so it's not bad to drink with side dishes.
This is the last year for Honorifuji, isn't it? I heard they are going to improve the breed next year or something...
