It's been hot every day, so we had it crispy cold and served it with a glass of wai. It was extremely tasty! It has a full aroma and richness, and if I were to describe it as a wine, I would say it is medium-bodied. It seems to go well with eel, so I'm going to drink a little bit of it today and save it until the day of the Ox.

Purchased at my favorite liquor store. I am ashamed to admit that I could not read "soma," so I looked it up... I was told that "soma" means a mountain from which lumber is cut, and that "my standing soma" from a poem by Dengyo Daishi refers to Mount Hiei, so I guessed it probably means this mountain. I prefer a lighter sake, but this was a solid, slightly heavy sake for me. The aroma is refreshing, and it is just right for sipping. Additional information: From the Uehara Sake Brewery's blog Soma" is taken from "soma-jin", a lumberjack or a person who works in the mountains. The name "Soma" is derived from "sokoro," meaning "lumberjack," or "sommelier," a person who works in the mountains. Tengu" is a legend of tengu in Kutsuki Village, which is why tengu is used in the monument of Kutsuki Onsen Tenku.

This is so delicious! It is a refreshing type that I like. It has a hint of sweetness, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I paired it with simmered Itoyori (Japanese anchovy), and it was very satisfying!

Last year, I went to the brewery to buy some sake. Surrounded by long, quiet rice paddies and mountains, I felt as if I had stepped back in time. I had it hot, and it was a delicious sake with a full-bodied, rich sweetness, but with a clean finish. It is a pity that there is no successor 😢.

This was the first time I pre-ordered sake. I immediately had a taste of the sake that had just been squeezed this morning and wondered what it tasted like. I had an image of a clean taste, but it was different and more complex than I expected. It also tasted different immediately after being poured into the glass and after a while. It tastes fresh and yet robust, which is a new taste for me. It is delicious. It was a good experience 🎵

It is a thick sake, somewhere between amazake and yogurt. It is not too sweet, and the acidity is more pronounced and refreshing. As the label says, "lactic acid fermentation active nigori," it is a delicious sake with a pleasant, shwuffy fermentation sensation.

It was unsold(?) at my favorite liquor store. It was a nigori (nigori sake), a raw sake from last year, but unfortunately it was not fizzy. It was a little sweet, but it had a dangerous taste that made it easy to drink. It was delicious in its own way. EMISHIKI C series. 2022-23 Hi-ire Full-bodied aroma, mild on the tongue. It is firm but also refreshing. I'm a fan of EMISHIKI. Delicious! Laughing Four Seasons Grapes 🍇. This is the sake that made me look for a liquor store that sells Laughing Season because I wanted to try it. (I heard that Laughing Shiki doesn't sell sake directly from the brewery.) Chilled and crisp, no doubt. It's fruity, refreshing, and easy to drink, so you might end up drinking too much. Restraint is required. I paired it with Ienchu Hana today, but I feel that it has the depth of nostalgia that will go with anything. It is a fruity liquor in every sense of the word. It is made with malic acid, and the taste is reminiscent of white wine. The sweetness comes first, and then it is rather firm. Today, we paired it with grilled salmon Harasu. It was served crisp and chilled in a wine glass. Thank you very much for your cheerful and refreshing service despite our sudden visit to the brewery. Sake brewery Nagahama City blame second The beautiful proprietress told us many stories and we had a great time tasting the sake. The Kuwasake Mojito made with Kuwasake was delicious, but the Kitakuni Kaido Shiboritate Nama Sake was refreshing and crisp.
