boukenI bought this one after tasting the Honjozo Shiboritate and this one which I felt was sweeter. It's a bit sticky, but it has a fresh taste. If it's too cold, it's too spicy, so a little lukewarm might be better.

maNew sake! Fresh sake! Delicious! Local sake from Nagahama. I've recently noticed the deliciousness of Shiga sake. The shop is open until 9pm. I can't wait for Corona to close.
