In a previous post, I wrote about the relationship between nigori sake and amazake, and this one is sweet and rather similar to amazake.

We received a sorbet-like product in a slightly semi-frozen state.
It has a fresh and strange taste that changes the concept of nigori sake.
The unique smell is almost imperceptible, perhaps because it is frozen.
I highly recommend you try it at least once.
