This sake was purchased after reading the manga "Sake and Love Must Be Drunk". It is sweet and sour like a lactobacillus drink and easy to drink with low alcohol content of 6%. I think I'll try it frozen next time.

After Miyazaki, we will go to Ehime's antenna shop❗️.
We took the train from Shinjuku Station to Shinbashi Station and went to Kagawa-Ahime Setouchi Shunsaikan in front of the station.
I got a cup of Ishizuchi sake that caught my eye. I also bought a cup of Bukkake Udon soup stock.
It was just about lunch time, and I was attracted by the Olive Town Pickled Rice Bowl on the menu, so we had lunch here!
When we both ordered the same dish, we were told it was already sold out 😞 Oh, no way...it was so popular... We were forced to settle down with tai-meshi for Nobby and Sanuki udon for Jay, which was full of ingredients. It was delicious 😋.
Then we followed Chitoku's lead and had Ishizuchi's.
This was also served lukewarm, so it was a big hit at Nonbei Yokocho!
I served it with bukkake udon noodles in the dashi broth I bought with it.
It has a nice and refreshing taste. It has a light and refreshing taste, with a hint of alu. But as I continue to drink, the strength of the alu-ness starts to show itself more and more... I'm not sure how to describe it 😓.
I'm not sure if it's still good warmed up or not 😭.
I still haven't figured out the distinction between whether it should be heated or cold 💦.

Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is dry, easy to drink, and very drinkable.
I wonder if the 17° alcohol content makes it fluffy.
I'd like to try it with a guy with spicy olive pesto on top.
The sweetness of the wine is enhanced when paired with it.

Refreshing Japanese citrus 🍊. A little sour and easy to drink. The sourness is also high, making it suitable for the hot summer months.
