This is my first time at the brewery.
I wanted a little classical sake, so I bought it. This kind of sake is surprisingly cosy, so it was a challenge for me.
First, I drank it cold. It is a bit classical, but it has a soft and bitter taste in the mouth. The spiciness at the end of the bottle left a strong impression on me.
Then, I tried it cold. At first, it comes in without any discomfort. It has a slight sweetness, but it has the same mouthfeel as cold sake. It has a soft mouthfeel to begin with, but by chilling it, the spikiness is removed. I don't think this is a sake for beginners, but I think it has a stable taste. Perhaps it would be good as a heated sake.
Kokunishu Tanko Ginjo Tateyama 720m
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 15-16%.
This is a limited distribution sake from Tateyama Shuzo. It is sold only at a few stores in the prefecture.
Many people of the generation a little older than me only drink sake hot from Tateyama! I wonder if the generation is changing now.
I hear that Tateyama Sake Brewery has not been able to recover their pre-Corona sales. I guess they are trying various things 😔.
I had high expectations for this sake, but it was 😕 mild and light? I don't know where it is going.
I don't know where they are going with this. If they aim to make a sake that is distributed only to special dealers in the future, they should have a special feature, such as specializing in raw sake. At 1,925 yen including tax, I wonder if you can do a good job with the second batch?
Hi @Mizuhashi 🐦.
I thought I've never seen this label before, but it was a limited edition of Tateyama 😳I used to drink it a lot as I thought it was delicious decades ago😊I guess it's tough now with all kinds of delicious sake 💦but I wish you the best of luck!
Good evening, Pon-chan🌇.
Tateyama, you have become a big factory. I wonder how they will be able to show their strength in the future. But maybe I'm the only one who doesn't have the tastes of the people of Toyama Prefecture💦.
The second sake from the hotel's sake server was Ginrei-Tateyama Daiginjo from Tateyama Shuzo.
This was also the first sake from the brewery I had ever had.
Let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor. The first impression is that it is full-bodied.
The sweetness wraps around the mild spiciness and finishes it off.
It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink and does not stimulate the palate at all.
Sake Day (Late)
Refreshing and refreshing. But slightly sweet after swallowing. No, it's not so much sweet as it is umami. It leaves only the umami taste.
